But essentially, it's a relatively small, simplified Kapanadze transformer. The secret is the use of simple aluminum layers inside the coil body, 2 split foils, for both halves of the form, the lower end foil is hit with a certain Positive pulse train, the first winding is held Negative, while the upper foil becomes INTENSELY active, and having an output on the heavy winding. Not a primary to secondary induction, but a rapid changing of voltages between the upper and lower foils, with a 50 hz interruption circuit. Rather than having to move massive currents to induce an output... he is alternating Voltages instead. Bunk has a small transformer like this, doing 4 kw off the 9v. Must see. I will try to upload more too for preservation here.

What we know exactly about Don Smith Device

Since years a lot of people try to replicate the don smith earth system without luck as I see. So I just want to ask what exactly we know about the machine ? I will concentrated on that what I can see in the original Materials. the Raw input so to speak...

There is a schematic on the net which should be "the device". later I found out there are 2 different circulating. It seems it comes from a patent application but i cant find the patent granted.

So on the Image above I cannot see a L3 output Coil ? inside the tube ? where are the wires for L3 then?

since they differ so much (L3 / Parts omitted...) I don´t upload the various ones . this seems to be misleading to understanding as someone has edited them for confusion.

in one of the Lectures he stated , that parts are missed from disclosure because of investors interests and his security.... but it should be easy to figure out for an HAM operator. Ok. My ham operator told me he don´t know..."

there is a lecture where he Lit 1000 W of indecant Lamps on a Board, while his Demonstrator sits left side from the board...But I don´t know if this was powered from this board or a suitcase.

On inventors Weekend Don told us, that the Amcore transformer is exactly the device he showed 1996 in the suitcase ! But this is a completely different device than the Earth system he showed 1996 in my opinion.

So what we exactly know for sure about this device ?

The NST is a short Circuit ! No Sparkgap, no charge Capacitor -> OK
then:
if you put in on the same speakerwire (L1 which goes arround the AMC) and create a short ! VERY BAD ! Don´t do that !! you kill the NST in seconds.

OR: if you use it Bifiar as we can see -> you supply the 2 wires with HV one next to the other
AND LET THE ENDS OPEN. If my theory is right you have a cap coupling in the other coils (E Field)
but this is theory and I was not able to confirm on testbench at the moment.

the cap should go between L2A and L2B on the middle TAB and goes to Earth . This should do a DAM for the ground electrons. Because the resistance is High for the rotating electrons in the L2A/B Reactor.

But this system needs then a third coil (L3) loose coupled (to not affect the NST Supply) to pull the electrons out of the Tank for using with Capbank / Loads

The produced EMF appears to be monopolar and does not suffer any increasing load on the prime mover irrespective if the coils are open or shorted, this is no different than a conventional generator except that the magnets are rotated so the poles are orthogonal to the coils. The produced polarity is determined by the direction of rotation.

I lack the materials to experiment myself but did manage to get another fellow to try this and they reported the same effect, no Lenz drag. Through my own research I'm convinced monopoles are not subject to action-reaction equivalance, hence these generated monopole EMF's are able to avoid the Newtonian action-reaction law, same principle as a monopolar resonant transformer.

If anyone replicates this please do post your findings, I'd love to see more replications of this.

Hello,

Remember the Water-Based Long-Running Device ? It worked continuously for 2 years until the Zinc plate corroded but if I replace the plate it could work again for another 2 years.

Its only inconveniences were:

The water needed to be replenished at every few weeks because of the natural phenomenon of water evaporation;
Altough the copper mesh was not affected by water corrosion (as normally should happen), the zinc plate was slowly corroded and needs to be replaced after about two years.

Well, seems there is possible to replace the water with a solid-state material which will resolve the two inconveniences specified above.

The solution is a polymer named Polyethylene Glycol (PEG). As you can read here:

Although not yet in commercial production, many groups around the globe are engaged in research on solid polymer electrolytes involving PEG, with the aim of improving their properties, and in permitting their use in batteries, electro-chromic display systems, and other products in the future.

But as Joel Lagace discovered, it can be also used for building its device he named Quantum Power Cell which is providing low-current but constant electricity.

More specific Joel used Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) 3350 which is used in some pharmaceutical products. He used PEG 3350 from Relaxa but there are similar products made by other companies.

Theoretically the device should work forever without maintenance because after the preparation PEG 3350 becomes solid and there should not be any corrosion/degradation effect on the anode and cathode made from carbon felt. But this could only be verified by running the cell for a long time.

Altough the device is experimental it can keep a LED on permanently and provide enough current to power a Joule-Thief or a very small electrical motor.

Joel says that more current can be provided by moving the anode and cathode as close as possible to each other so the output of the device could become higher.

Joel is estimating that many of these cells put together could power a LED light bulb for about 20 minutes through some capacitors then they need some time to recharge again.

Of course I see no problem in scaling up this cell (more PEG 3350, bigger anode and cathode) so it can provide more power.

I intend to build one of these quantum cells as a side project. I'm interested to check if there is any degradation of the PEG 3350, anode or cathode when the cell is running a long time with a load.

If there is no degradation that means the cell can be an alternative to Melnichenko's/Akula's eternal flashlight. But that remains to be verified in time.

As this device have no input it's obviously overunity so I added the "Beyond-Unity" tag to it.

Searching for the principles.

There was the Clemente Figueras thread on the AU forum many years ago, which I followed with great interest. Several talented builders were showing their skills and ideas. What was notable in my opinion, that all of them were convinced to know how it supposedly works and thus following more or less the same line. Eventually I have been scolded for proposing a different idea. The reason why different options should be explored is quite obvious: if it could not be replicated relaying on these ideas in 120 years, there could be a mistake in the interpretation of the patents. It is known that from the patent scripts several drawings had disappeared. It seems the only remaining is this block diagram:

The comments translated to English have of course been added by someone. Figueras himself never referred to the coil sets as “primary “ or “secondary” coils. He always described his machine as a generator and not as a transformer. What is the most important difference between them? On the internet we can find some answers, although doubtful ones. For example, that mechanical energy is converted into electricity in a generator, and that the changing magnetic field in the transformer induces a voltage in the secondary. The output voltage on the windings of the generator is not proportional to the number of turns ratio between the excitermagnets and the output winding. it is dependent on the magnetic field strenght, the rate of change per time unit and the number of turna on the outputwindings. I will come back to this later why I called doubtful such explanations. The most important difference is that the exciter magnet in the generator is continuously magnetized in the same polarity in contrast to the transformers primary. In this thread I will propose and test some different approaches to find the magic in this machine.

If we read the patents, it is quite straightforward explained how the machine resembles the operation of a standard generator or alternator without moving coils or other parts, with exception of the switching mechanism with brushes and a dc motor. But there is not one hint about how the reaction as per Lenz’ law is avoided. It is not too difficult to build a solid-state generator with a good efficiency. When I experimented with the DZ generator with rotating magnetic fields, I came to 95%+ but unfortunately not over 100%. This would be only possible by diminishing or cancelling the Lenz’ reaction. The numerous experiments I performed pointed to this direction.

So I will conclude this introduction with the statement: if we don’t understand how it works we cant likely reproduce it. And even if someone succeeds by trial and error without understanding how, it is not likely replicable for others. This applies for other inventions and devices as well.

I have never heard of him before and the internet cannot provide much information about him which I consider extremly weird because he is in bussiness since 1996 and he still has his site running. Another weird thing is that he has this video:

as I've been a long time inactive on the forum in first place a heartly welcome back.

here something that was somehow accidentally discovered. Some years ago i had built this small solar-powered baterycharger. It is based on a variation of the wellknown blocking oscilator(joule thief).

usually I charged small Li-ion batteries with it, also some Nimh cells. Some time ago I dared to connect some " no rechargeable batteries", despite of the warnings: do not recharge- may leak or explode.

I had tried this before with the lab powersupply, but without success. To my surprise with the little solarcharger it worked!

This is not for our members, we already know from our experiments what's possible.

I'm posting this for the desperate naysayers singing songs like "you can't get something from nothing", "you can't break the energy conservation laws", "overunity devices are not possible", "measurement errors" and so on.

They just prove that they didn't made their own research (including experiments) and are not able to understand that the overunity devices are not breaking any energy conservation laws, they are just asymmetrical open systems taking energy from the "sea of energy" we all are living in (the zero-point field). Totally a different thing than the symmetrical closed systems (about which they were taught in school) where the output is always equal to the input minus system losses.
