The Physics of Vibrations travelling 'through' the conductor is like a Thesis in itself.
The vibrations have a 'starting point'. (the coil in a generator or a terminal on a battery)
This gives rise the the Polarity of the Direct Current or each pulse of current in AC. Everything is Magnetic even the Pulse of Vibrations from the Force Lines acting upon the crystal matrix in the Coil in the generator. So each Pulse or Hertz of Crystal activation has a North Pole and a South Pole. Like it says in the Joe Vids, the Pipe as it exits the furnace has the North Pole end exiting First with the end of the pipe being South Pole. This is the Mechanism for Polarizing the Winds around the wire.
EV Gray said this end spark sounds differently and might be some sort of cold fusion spark. I did try to tell the EV Gray forum members what they were doing was wrong but I think I used the wrong approach.
Why all this matters.
When we finally GET IT what electricity is and that we can literally MAKE 4 phases of Electricity rather than just the 2 we play with (actually we only play with South Pole Positive electricity) We can make Field Coils using a Singlular Polarity. MONO POLE or SAME POLE Fields.
Now the Earth is a North Pole Negative Magnetic Field and the Wind is a South Pole Positive Field. (oxygen is 'positive'.) and Idealy suited for free energy extraction once one knows what an Earth Wind Battery is, We can use this NEW Singularity Pole to make a Negative Coil underneath your flying saucer or flying carpet a Negative Field to REPELL the gravity of earth with your rebuilt Baghdad Battery or a JoeBattery he calls a Double Negative.
Instead of making a gas from the negative terminal that floats away from the earth, we make a Field Coil to repell from the earth. There is after all a Magneic Field of singular polariy around each electrode in the high school electrolysis experiment that is propagating in water rather than Wind. Just as there is a FIELD effedct around an electrical wire. We're just not taught about magnetics when playing with magnetic current in high school.
And then comes the Double Negative battery that mooker booted me for. Better to read it there. Typing it again is tedious.
When the vibrations first emerge from the terminal of a battery into a conducting wire or circuit, they literally instantly 'travel' to the end to your toaster. Where they hit a 'WALL' and bounch back to the 'source' but with a different 'frequency' than what left the battery. (the US Miiltary uses this Back (channel) 'flow' for un monitored commucations)
This is what is referred to as the 2 Way 'Flow' of electricity. No diode stops it as a Diode meets ALL the specifications of what constitues a battery. I cant help it if you dont get it. This is afterall, the science that built the pyramids and sees visitors traveling from the stars.

The O'scope shows eletricity pases through 'the Line' 4 times in a cycle.

It is well known that oxygen is a Positive Bias element and Hydrogen is a Negative BIAS element. Its on the South Side of the Line. The Higher the pH the more Hydrogen the more Alkaline.
This Bias is evident in the pH scale where the MORE Hydrogen potential, the more Negative, the More Alkaline the solution becomes and conversely the more Acidic means the more OXYGEN REDUCTION POTENTIAL is the terms they use to denote Oxygen is a Positive 'element'.

Oxygen is like the olive in a martini - NO CHARGE
Oxygen, as found in nature (O2), is a molecule, and it is electrically neutral (no charge).
Oxygen, found as an element (O), is an an atom, and it is electrically neutral (8 electrons with negative charge balanced by 8 protons with positive charge).
Oxygen, as found in a compound (e.g. H2O or SO2) is assigned a FORMAL negative chrarge, since the individual bonds are found to be negatively polarized towards the oxygen (counter-balanced by positively polarized H or S). Overall, these molecules (called oxides) are neutral.
So, why mess with formal charges, if the whole thing is neutral, anyways?
Just to make chemistry and exciting subject.
If you want to irritate a cat, you would pull its tail.
If you want to irritate a SO2 molecule, you would poke it with a stick. Since you know that the oxygen is negatively polarized, it would create maximum effect to poke it with a positively polarized stick. And then you will have an irritated SO2 molecule that will go ahead and do something (i.e. react).
Therefore, if you want to know how to get a molecule to react, you need to know which part is polarized negative (or positive) and then find an oppositely polarizable stick to poke it with.
That’s how chemistry works…

Having witnessed and speaking to other witnessess of the technologies discussed here, there is no "established" or "accepted" scientific literature on this... that means everyone is trying their best to describe and communicate the ideas.. in whatever words they can find, or stories.
Let us not fight about semantics and rather enlighten everyone what is hidden in plain sight.. in our everyday encounters with things like batteries, materials, etc...
