Hello, here a very interesting experiment where graphite is used to make the magnetic force field visible. Pay attention to the concentration of particles at the place where the magnets are sticking together. Would be nice to make the inverse test with two repelling magnets pressed together, if the field disappears like Floyd Sweet shown in a video with a TV screen as field viewer.

Very interesting Vidura, I don't know if the green magnetic paper could do the same thing.?

I mean to see the repulsion.

maybe the magnetic paper should also show it. I dont know the composition. The issue with magnetic field viewers containing ferromagnetic particles is that these stick together showing supposedly the fieldlines. In contrast the graphite is not atracted, but seemingly repelled. If this is an effect of eddycurrents, this implicits that a very fast circular movement has to be present in the "static" magnetic field. So, what is moving if  the electrons are a flawed model?

So, what is moving if  the electrons are a flawed model?

The drift speed of an electron in a copper cable is very very slow, 2.3 x 10-5 meters per second or 25 micrometers per second.

To light your lamp in your living room it can take more than two hours to reach your lamp, imagine from the hydroelectric dam located 300KM away.

The electric field which is composed of two fields, the first is electrostatic or dielectric field and the second is the magnetic field.

They are the ones who move, they travel at the speed of light  so very fast.

This is how electricity works. This is what was taught at the beginning of the century by Tesla, Steinmetz, Heaviside, Thompson and today by Eric Dollar and many others.

In my opinion, it is also worth reading the theories here:

Here another video with magnets and graphite, some more insights of the effects:

Very interesting findings, I wonder if there could be a way to utilize the diamagnetic effect the magnets had on the graphite.
