Hello All!

I was in touch with the Fighter and now I decide to show what is going on and to get some new ideas on how to get the signal that we all expect. Below is a quick video showing the simple setup. The coils are 1mm L1 cw 210T (370mH), L2 280T ( 828mH).

The poles were tested with the phone app named Pole detector, works ok.

I have built some other coils too, with different turn numbers but the output was almost the same.

I have 2 different grounds to play with. I did use the regular power supply but my home appliances were not happy at all, so I decided to isolate everything.

For sure there are differences from Fighter setup, like the core, the position of the coils, the voltage, not sure about the ground.

Hi,

I would appreciate it if somebody with the working device can try to power it from the battery of an alternative PS, and get back with the results.

tnx in advance, e

I have a strong feeling we are missing something.

The same here but I can't figure out what is different, the cause of the issue. What exactly could block the input decreasing effect ?..

Hi Jagau!

Well maybe at your place, but not in the EU. I was in 2 electric shop's today. The best that I could find was 15w/230v.

It is a very, very narrow choice here for indulescent lights here, no problem for leds.

But since I have an identical setup as Fighter it should work with a 12v bulb, with no capacitor.

I have a strong feeling we are missing something.

Wow

It will be a challenge to find that kind of bulb in my parts, but I will take a look.

You can find this little lamp almost everywhere and in any good hardware store, it is only a small 4 watts night light??

Hi Jagau!

I did this before your post, so I will publish anyway for the future experiment.

It is a 5/12v bulb. Nothing fancy. There is a brighter moment at about 360K, but also in curent.

It will be a challenge to find that kind of bulb in my parts, but I will take a look.

Ok editor
try this
remove your halogen bulb and replace it with a 4 watt bulb that normally operates at 120 volts with the unpolarized capacitor still in parallel. I think your kind of lamp draws too much current and its starting resistance is too low. Forget lamps that operate at 12 vdc take incandescent lamps at 120 volts.

H Jagau and all!

Thanks for the tip. There is no noticeable difference, except from the one configuration, very very small difference in the lamp light. I tried 3 different caps with different loads, changing the impedance all the way ( car bulbs) but far from anything "usefull". Dimmer all the way.

Hi editor

with this photo from your first video, place a 1uf n.p. in parallel with your lamp, you will see the illuminated lamp brighter. Now if you think carefully, why did the lamp light with more vigor?

At this point I don't know why the input decreasing effect is not manifesting in Editor's ZPM replica.

He confirmed he built the coils as in my post here, it should work but still something is blocking the effect.

About the DC source, ZPM was replicated with other DC sources by Jagau, Atti and Realco so it's nothing specific to my DC source.

Any idea what else should be checked ?

Regards,

Fighter

Hi All!

Here is the photo from all my experiments, with both cores and different coils. The new core 200 I just unwind and wind again if I need to. And I make myself a machine to straighten the copper wire so I can use it again. Also the different PS I use, 2 signal gen., 3 grounds mosfet's and driver from down under. The device is connected as on the scheme from the fighter. The latest config is wind cww-cww 150/300T 1mm.

I'm out of options, have no idea what to do next...?

The one thing that I find reading the forum again is this phenomena from Fighter.I got an identical signal on the bulb like he is with his custom PS. But then he just switches
the PS and the effect is there. So this is why I try with all the PS that I have available.
No difference...
