In order to not interfere with Jagau's experiments with Dr. Stiffler's SEC technology which have many things in common with what Don Smith named "The Don Smith Effect" I'm starting in parallel with Jagau my own experiments with Don Smith's tech.

If this experiment is successful maybe we can unify the technologies these two great teachers demonstrated to us.

So below is my first post in this related thread here.

What you must first achieve in Don Smith Effect Infinite Wattage Output Gen is One Wire Output. It is with this you can charge Unlimited Capacitor Banks with 90V input. I used 42Khz to pulse my 980 inches in length primary wire wound over 6 same length secondarys.All which are connected in series UpTo the single primary which is wound from left to right(CLOCKWISE). High Frequency Diodes are a must. I am able to charger in a fraction 9f seconds as many caps that I wish to charge. My caps are 450VDC 250Uf. I charge them all (upward of 200) in a fraction of seconds. It takes less time to charge caps when using grounded High Voltage at High Frequency. You can ground High Voltage withouth One Wire Energy Transfer System or Shutting out Current from your Generator. My Earth point is a well installed 10feet deep hole. I used 10mm or 1 cm thick copper plate. You can use Aluminum plate too. YOU MUST USE AT LEAST 10mm thick Pure Copper Wire to lead out your Eaarther coper plate. You can also Step-Down the High Voltage with Diodes and Bank Of DC Capacitors(my invention). It is totally Simply. The caps acts as voltage Divider. Say your output Voltage is 2500VDC USING 10 300V whatever if Capacitors in series, You will have 250VDC on each cap. No to get that 250V on each Caps out, connect diode to the Negative point of each cap and parallel the diodes.

Hi and welcome Darediamond,

Seems you are an experimenter, if you want to share about your experiments in replicating Don Smith's technology feel free to create your own thread as I did here.

I think the best category for your new thread would be the same category I used for this thread: Experiments.

That would be better because you can post schemas and images there so everyone have a clearer understanding of your experiments and also to not mix the information from different experiments.

For any question about creating the thread just let me know and I'll assist.

Hello,

Even if I didn't had time to continue my current experiments it doesn't mean in the background I didn't continued to think and to plan about their continuation.

So I have some updates.

Yesterday I received the last shipment from many items I ordered during the last 3 months, now I can present them all in posts associated with each experiment.

As a note, because of the stupid tariffs war initiated by that orange buffoon shipments from China which before usually came within 3 weeks or one month now they took sometimes one and a half month and in some situations I was thinking they're lost because tracking data wasn't changed sometimes for weeks.

For the DSE experiment I aquired the following:

  • DC High-Voltage Boosters:
    1. DC 5-12V To 8X Voltage Booster And Arc Generator (can work continuously 2-3 hours);
    2. DC 5-12V To 20KV Voltage Booster and Arc Generator
    3. DC 5-12V To 300-1200V Adjustable Voltage Booster;

  • Step Up/Down High-Voltage High-Frequency Customizable Transformers:
    1. 30KV 200W High-Frequency Customizable Transformer;
    2. 30KV 500W High-Frequency Customizable Transformer;

  • Spark-Gap:
    1. Tungsten Adjustable Spark-Gap (aquired not from China but from Norway);

These are the items I aquired for my DSE experiment.

I know the voltage boosters are made to produce high-voltage arcs so I cannot use them to power DSE's input coil directly but on their output I can put DSE's input coil and the spark-gap so in that way I will have high-voltage in DSE's input coil without burning these high-voltage generators. At least that's the plan I've made before deciding to buy them, I'll see how it will work.

About the customizable transformers I can build their missing coil as primary or secondary depending if I want to use them for stepping-up the voltage in my current DSE configuration or as stepping-down the voltage from in a different configuration if needed. That's the second plan I've made before deciding to buy them, I'll also see how that will work too.

To be honest I'm not eager to use them as I always avoided experimenting with high-voltage but just in case I will not have significant results with the current input voltage from my current DSE configuration and I come to the conclusion it's mandatory the high-voltage (as Don Smith used) is mandatory or more efficient I'll try with high-voltage too and I want to have them already, to not wait for months until they arrive from China.

Of course I'll need to be extra-carefully as I don't want to kill myself in these experiments.

For now I want to build that customizable capacitor (which is long overdue because of lack of time), as I said before the previous attempt was a failure because I had short-circuits between the copper and aluminum plates. I'll make another try.

So in this I've shown the items I aquired for this experiment but there are other items I aquired for my other experiments and I'll continue this update in those threads.

Also I'll post status updates about my quantum-cells experiments (their current voltage after so much time since I've built them) and also I want to post a new video with my energy-harvester replication, a video I took during a storm which was about 15 km away.

I will add updates here as soon as I'll be able to continue this experiment.

There were/are no secret experiments on my side, I'll always share what I have when I have, the only problem was (and still is) the lack of time.

Regards,

Fighter

For now I want to build that customizable capacitor (which is long overdue because of lack of time), as I said before the previous attempt was a failure because I had short-circuits between the copper and aluminum plates. I'll make another try.

Just a small update, I have a solution to avoid the short-circuits beween the disks and also the latest problem of soldering wires on the aluminum disks which doesn't work with the soldering tools and solder used in electronics. This last one problem (soldering on aluminum) is something I didn't thought about and in the previous attempts I discovered the soldering produce cold electrical contacts/connections, they're unreliable.

The new solution required a lot of work: cutting small V-like channels in all 120 aluminum and copper disks and then execute precisely positioned holes in each of them. It's a lot of minutious work and I pray the 3 remaining cutting disks I have will resist without breaking until I complete this operation:

The progress is slow but I'm progressing using the chunks of time I have available.

I'll come with more details and photos when the capacitor/collector is ready, most likely the entire work will take days. But considering how long overdue I'm with building this capacitor I think it's acceptable.

It's far away from how I initially planned to work on this experiment...

Just a small update.

I finished cutting the copper disks, this metal is eating my cutting disks for breakfast.

The metal is weighty and getting very hot fast while cutting it, I guess that's what the Chinese seller meant by "pure copper".

Unfortunately cutting the V-like channels didn't go well, for some of them the angles were way off and the cuts are not similar and uniform:

I'll try to correct them as much as possible, I have a shipment with more corundum cutting disks and also another shipment with piles (including a triangular pile) on the way for grinding the channels while the disks are together like in the image so hopefully I'll make the channels as uniform as possible.

That's what happens when not having a workshop with proper tools and needing to improvise.

I guess doing the same with the aluminum disks will be easier, I used my cutting disks to easily cut aluminum before and it worked well.

You might find a punch similar to this to help correct the plates.

Triangle disc cutter features six hardened steel punches in triangle shapes.  Easily cut soft metals such as gold, silver, copper, brass, aluminum, and nickel silver up to 20 gauge thick.

Cuts in the following sizes, measured corner to corner:
8mm
10mm
12mm
14mm
16mm
18mm

Made using hardened tool steel.

Base measures 3" x 3" x 1". Product Weight: 4lbs

Recommended use with a 1lb or 2lb brass hammer or in a hydraulic press.
Best Practice:  Use a rubber pad underneath for support. Do not exceed maximum thickness keeping in mind to use only soft non-ferrous metals. Use the appropriate hammer. Keep cutting edges down, well lubricated (using bur lube or bees wax) and store in a dry location.

You would have to find someone to sell just one item. This vendor sells >25 only.

An alternative would be a band saw.

Thanks, they look nice but are kind of expensive, especially in this period when I need to keep a low profile on spendings.

Found something here but everywhere they are sets and I don't think anyone would sell just the base and one triangle.

Today I received the two shipments, I'll try to manage and see what I can do with what I have available:

Small update.

Working on the corrections looks good for now, having enough cutting disks doesn't make me stop from work because being worried I'll break the cutting disk and not having reserves like I did before.

The triangular pile is useful in correcting the angles of the cuts and smoothing the edges.

Of course the cuts doesn't look too CNC-ish but still they look uniform and that's good enough for how I planned to build the customized capacitor.

Still a lot of work to be done. After I finish this I must do the same with the aluminum disks and then I must drill a precise hole in each of the 120 aluminum and copper disks.

I must stop now because it's close to 10 PM and I don't want the neighbours to call the police because of noises in the building. 😄

I just wanted to test how to proceed with the corrections and the first results, I'll continue tomorrow.

Fighter
