The shipment arrived and I replaced the temporary resistors in series:
Now all the components are as in the specs.
I noticed a slightly decreased frequency of the pulses which is normal.
For later references I'm posting a small video here with the current behavior:
This replication on the testing board will be the platform for future experiments.
The rest of the components will be used for building the miniaturized versions on permanent boards with soldering.

I ordered variable resistors.
They are difficult to find both in the same store, the only place where I found them was TME:
The 2.2M is on the way, unfortunately for the 4.7M they estimate they will receive it and send it to me within approx. 6 weeks (I preordered it).

You can also take adjustable pots of 5 meg and even a 10 meg, whatever is available to you and adjust it to the correct ohmic value of 2.2 and 4.7 that will do the job. That's how I worked in the beginning.
I say this to help other experimenters who want to reproduce if they don't have all the resistors on hand. I also recover various electronic devices in which there are a lot of parts available like this kind of pots and others. I give a second life to these components. It is really worth recovering these components

recently i tried to improve the voltage source across the capacitor
mine is 1.7 volts with reverse meter polarity
I connected the lithium batteries - checking if the key works - it works ; (with a capacitor value of 100nF)
then I added an additional 100nF capacitor (smoke came out of one of the diodes)
I don't give up 
- I did not abandon further study of the microgenerator ✌

If you would like, would you be so kind as to give me a little sketch of what you are saying, I will find it easier to advise you.
As a starting point if you take just 4 diodes connected in a bridge with no circuit, the two AC of the bridge to earth, you should have a DC at the output of the bridge of 10 volts and more. To have best resutl diode shouldbe very fast diode like UF4001, small signal diode as 1n914 do not work well.
