If someone is still thinking the device is gathering energy from human-made sources (like radio stations) I'm just adding here a video fragment showing it's not the case. Watch this video from to 07:26 to 16:58.
I set the video to start directly at the explanation about actually how small the energy of the radio stations is:
So we're talking about micro-volts per second. So there is no way to light two big LEDs at every 2-3 seconds by gathering a few uV per second from the radio stations.
And the same things about other radio emitters, I tried that by shutting down my router's wireless emissions (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and I saw no effect on the behavior of the device.
