Yes it's a very nice eternal device which make us aware about the sea of energy around us. And I'm not talking only about the radio spectrum, this device is clearly using the energy coming from space (stars radiation, neutrinos, everything). I'm saying this because I saw how the pulses go faster when I just put my hand closer to the device without even touching the circuitry.
I'm sure this device will work even in a place where is no man-made/artificial radio spectrum. Maybe the pulses will be slower but it will still work.
I intend to build a few more, miniaturized versions. Because this one is on a testing board and last evening I also found that beside the wrong resistors there was also an imperfect contact on one of the pins of the big capacitor, sometimes it didn't worked when that capacitor was moved a bit. It happens on these testing boards sometimes...

For the good news, doc Stiffler also made one but it lights up 4 LEDs continuously without batteries, I'll tell you about it.
I have studied very deeply what he has done and I find it amazing what he has shared for free without anyone continuing it, I will only share this publicly here on the public thread what I have found to date.

I will surely do. I'm already thinking of what Don Smith once said (quoting from memory): "the grounding can be made in ground or in air". I'll look in the videos when he said that, maybe there is more information about grounding in air. If that can be accomplished then this little device will not need a wire to the ground anymore.

Was able to throw this together pretty fast, and worked somewhat, blinks about every 2 seconds not quite as bright, though didnt have all the right parts. Have too order that polyester capacitor and a few other peices to do it right, then ill cut my leads down to make it a little prettier. Right now in place of the 10uF i have a 4.7uF and as i go lower the frequency of flashes gets higher but lumosity decreases which is a bit self explanitory.
The Red is connected to my workbench, the grounds is coming from my powersupply.
Thanks fighter for the layout, it made the assembly so much quicker. Jagau, you are a smart man, part of this layout reminds me of your SRO. By any chance are you able to describe the operation of maybe this circuit, but your SRO circuit?
I also noticed i can put two of the LEDs in parallel, and the lumosity of the first doesn't diminish, the other lights just as well:
